There is something so special about capturing important childhood moments through art. Recently, I had the privilege of crafting a portrait painting for this child. Her mom had her own special portrait made at the same age, so the legacy continued with her daughter. We photographed the reference images in their living room; it was a quick photo shoot that captured many different expressions for her. Her parents then chose one special image they felt perfectly encapsulated their little girl.
