One of my favorite photography sessions is when I get to capture the first moments of a brand new family. Those first few days after the arrival of a new baby are such a blur of love and emotion, exhaustion and happiness. Everyone's roles are suddenly different, and the most important person in the room is always the teeny tiniest. I always encourage mom and dad to jump in for a family portrait at their baby's newborn photography session. Yes, everyone is sleep deprived and ragged, but I promise, you don't want to miss this.
