The first time I took this young man's portraits he was 6 months old with a head of wild black hair, and the sweetest little serious expressions. Now he's graduating high school and headed to college to chase down his dreams. I go way back with his sweet family, and I'm so lucky to call them friends. Watching their babies grow up in front of my lens has been such a special honor and privilege. I am proud to know this young man, and his brother, sister and sweet parents. Gavin's senior portraits were taken in my photography studio in Garner, and then we headed out to Lake Benson Park for a few casual portraits too. Such a fun day!
