As a Raleigh children's photographer, I recently completed a pair of heirloom portraits for a lovely family from the Midwest.  They settled on our timeless head and shoulders pastel heirloom for each of their two adorable children, which is such a classic way to create portraits that withstand the test of time.

Their toddler boy was so charming with his big expression eyes and sweet little serene expressions. To make styling his session easy on his parents, I provided the wardrobe for his vignette portrait. Dressed in a classic European heirloom outfit featuring a square sailor-style collar, he had such a timeless charm that perfectly complemented his session.

Throughout the photoshoot, this sweet little one give us such precious expressions ranging from playful giggles to contemplative gazes. However, it was the thoughtful expression that resonated most with the family, and that became the focal point of his finished portrait.
